Order Cancellation Guidelines:

• Within 24 Hours:
  You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that production has not yet started. A small cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative or design costs.

• After 24 Hours / After Production Begins:
  If production has already started, we are unable to cancel the order, and the full order amount will be charged.
