At Print World Dubai, we are dedicated to providing high-quality custom printing services. Since each order is made specifically for you, we have special guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
1. Returns and Refunds
Customized Products: As all products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once production has started, except in cases of defect or error.
Defective or Incorrect Orders: If you receive an item that is defective or not as per your approved design, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order. After review, we will either reprint the product or issue a refund, based on the situation.
Reporting an Issue: Send us an email at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the problem.
2. Order Cancellations
Before Production: You can cancel your order within 24 hours if production has not yet started.
After Production Starts: Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be provided.
3. Exchanges
Eligibility: Exchanges are available only if the product is defective or different from what you approved.
Process: Contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
4. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for any shipping costs when returning items unless the return is due to our mistake.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Customized products that meet the approved design and quality.
Items reported after 2 business days of delivery.
Products that have been used or are not returned in their original condition.
6. Refund Process
Approval: Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you whether your refund is approved.
Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
